In order to clean and check the filter it is sufficient to close the valve to isolate it and then unscrew the plug.

Surprising how small the box it was delivered in. As the packaging is removed, the topper grows to full size. Easy to install. Very comfortable to sleep in. Getting into and out of a bed that is four inches taller takes some getting used to.
