Great for recovery

Really helps with post work out recovery. I feel noticeably less sore when I take this after a workout. Definitely prefer the lemon flavor over the berry.

Great formula, but desperate for an unflavored option

Iāve been incorporating Thorneās Amino Complex into my daily stack, and from a nutritional standpoint, itās hard to beat. The clinical dosing of essential amino acids is exactly what Iām looking for to support my recovery and fitness goals. Thorne is usually my go-to for purity and quality, and this product is no exception when it comes to the actual ingredients.
āHowever, the flavor profile is a significant drawback. To be blunt: the flavors are just not good. They feel chemically and overly sweet, which makes it a chore to drink rather than a supplement I look forward to.
āI would much prefer an unflavored and unsweetened version. Having the option to just mix the raw powders into water or my own beverage without the unnecessary flavorings and sweeteners would be a game-changer. If youāre sensitive to artificial tastes or just prefer a "cleaner" experience, the current options might be a struggle.

Taste and Quality are Excellent!

Thorne has a reputation for high quality products so I thought Iād try this whey protein. It tastes really good! I find it easy to digest, and it dissolves easily. I plan to make this my go-to whey protein.

Definitely sweet but good mixed
